  • Form and function intertwine at foam+labs, an American design house and manufacturer of plush furnishings. We aim to support the American workforce and strengthen our country’s economy, providing careers for hardworking U.S. citizens and financial stability for their families. Foam+labs stays true to its mission by employing all design, production, and sales right here in-house.

This mission also improves operations by shortening supply chain issues. Working with foam+labs provides our partners with direct contact with our design and manufacturing teams, who can deliver market-ready products with quick lead times.

foam+labs aspires to bring together merchants, buyers, designers, and brands who care about their local communities and want to make a positive impact on the planet and our people. We invite you to join our initiative and rediscover authentic American design and manufacturing by exploring our finished items and private-label designs.

  • For many of our furniture pieces, we use a roll compression process to “shrink” the entire product down for shipping. This process can allow us to ship an entire sofa coast to coast for pennies on the dollar. Also, smaller packages mean more pieces can go out of the factory per pallet, reducing our environmental impact.
