About us
When we started foam+labs, we had a unique opportunity to do things right. The idea was to design and manufacture superior comfort products right here in Atlanta, Georgia. We wanted to be a part of the revitalization of the American manufacturing tradition and create products using the highest-quality fillings and fabrics.
One of the defining qualities of foam+labs is our foam. Our furniture-grade polyurethane
foam is made in America and is the perfect density to provide support while still remaining responsive and comfortable. Our solid foam products are cut from large blocks of polyurethane, which leaves us with excess foam trimmings. We divert the excess from the landfill by shredding them and using them to fill our bean bags. This process allows us to create furniture that is both supremely comfortable and environmentally responsible.
